Everything was ok, but uninspiring. Staff dont appear interested and wallpaper in rooms is not for the feinthearted!!!!...

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel.Staff are polite and helpful.Rooms are comfortable,very good facilities.The hotel bar is really good value,2.60 for 33 CL draught Estrella Galicia.Its location is superb,it's right in the centre of Bilbao,2-3 minutes walk from the Gran via.I would have no problem to recommend this hotel to friends....

Disappointing for a 4-Star Hotel

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet expectations for a 4-star property. The overall experience was underwhelming, mainly due to several issues that impacted comfort and rest.
Firstly, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms was clearly audible and we could hear shower of the neighbor, making it hard to relax or sleep peacefully. The room itself was uninspiri...

As our introduction to Northern Spain, we were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had a fabulous breakfast. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the Guggenheim as well as the old town. I highly recommend for a few days in Bilbao....

Comfortable - Central Location - Nice Stay in Bilbao

Wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly.
Plenty of Bars and restaurants in the area - and a nice stroll to the Guggenheim and Plaza Nueva. Metro stop around the corner for easy access to the bus / train station.
Very nice breakfast buffet.
Would definitely stay again....
