Very good location which was perfect for walking everywhere in the city. Our room was spacious, with calm decor and comfortable beds (2 single beds pushed together though...)
A few small niggles - some black
mould in the bathroom which is never acceptable and then made me fear the black grout was hiding more.
Very mean with the coffee provided - only one sachet of normal coffee each day and milk not always repleni...

Central location and modern decor

Chosen for location as arrival and departure by public transport was an easy walk. In fact easy walk to all of city sights. Ok and early check in was appreciated. Room was bright and functional, smallish bed single room traveler however the noisy aircon all night was not the best sleep. Room 615...

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel.Staff are polite and helpful.Rooms are comfortable,very good facilities.The hotel bar is really good value,2.60 for 33 CL draught Estrella Galicia.Its location is superb,it's right in the centre of Bilbao,2-3 minutes walk from the Gran via.I would have no problem to recommend this hotel to friends....

Disappointing for a 4-Star Hotel

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet expectations for a 4-star property. The overall experience was underwhelming, mainly due to several issues that impacted comfort and rest.
Firstly, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms was clearly audible and we could hear shower of the neighbor, making it hard to relax or sleep peacefully. The room itself was uninspiri...
