We stayed with the family for two nights in April, Our stay was amazing, the staff wonderful and high standard breakfast. We Would like to say a massive Thank You to the entire team of the hotel and Karine for great communication.

I had an amazing time at Novotel Brussels Off Grand Placeso much so that I enjoyed my stay at the hotel more than exploring the city itself! The location is unbeatable, making sightseeing and getting around a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, always ready to assist with a smile.

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious enough for 3 adults. Hotel is very short distance from Central Station and Grand Place. Would return here!...

Great location in the center of city, a stone throw from the main shopping street ( Grand Place), Central Station 5 minutes walk behind the hotel ( most day tour starts from here as well) , comfortable room but aircon was a bit noisy. Great place to explore the city from....
