I will start off with the positive that it is an excellent location very close to the train station with a beautiful rooftop bar! The room was nice with a view of some of Notre Dame. A little odd that the toilet was in its own very small room. This Hotel is situated in the heart of Brussels we experienced good service throughout our stay the room was very clean with good quality bedding. We also received exceptional service from David the conceige who was so helpful in escorting me to the station and his knowledge of Restaurants and Places to visit are first class! Will definitely return!...

Was forced to stay the night here due to my eurostar being cancelled. I must say really liked this hotel, and my room. Very spacious, and good bedding - which I needed!
Breakfast was really good too. Staff very friendly.
Albeit very short, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel if you are not sticking to any certain brands due to loyalty. In my case, Eurostar paid for this hotel....

Although this property's overall ranking is good, we were a bit concerned about the recent mixed reviews, however; those concerns were unfounded and our experience was fantastic. We upgraded to the Premium Deluxe Room Twin room which was quite spacious (by European standards) and for two gals traveling together, the separate bathroom vanities are perfect. Very nice hotel until you get to the bedrooms.
Room not clean on arrival, biscuits crushed up on floor, sugar sprinkled on desk and even rubbish left in bathroom.
Uncomfortable pillows. Rooms need updating. Felt dirty and unclean.
On the plus side great location, minute walk to the centre....
