The location and style of the hotel are fantastic! So close to the market and touristic centre and the train station. Roof terrace great. Rooms ok and clean . Sara at the reception was so friendly and helpful with a big smile! Her colleague in the morning was grumpy and impolite because of "morning mood" (according to her colleague) If you work in hospitality it is a big part of your job to be friendly to your custom...

Pleasant Hotel!

We have visited this Hotel before and we thought we would try it again.
Our findings this time round are pretty much the same.
Its a lovely Hotel, very central to the Grand Place square all eaterys and Manneken Piss.
But back to the hotel.
We found it to be lacking of any sort of Ambience, nothing really happening there. The bar was closed over our 2 night stay.

We chose this hotel due to the brand name combined with its central location.
Room was ready at 2:15, a nice surprise. We booked a suite with a city view, sitting area and an upgraded bath with separate bathtub and shower. Lovely corner suite with lots of windows. After 18 hours of travel, a hot shower was in order. This is where things went downhill. No hot water, not even warm water. Tried again at 4pm, 6p...
