Great spring break trip!

This was our 17th trip to Fiesta and we had an amazing vacation! The people at Fiesta are the reason we keep returning and also why we won’t go anywhere else! Uriel welcomed us and brought our bags up to us, offering to get us anything we needed. Fernanda met us when we arrived and made sure that we were happy with our rooms and took care of us all week! Erika is so sweet, she saw us at Kambu for breakfast our first morning and asked if we would like some diet cokes and orange juice, she remembered what we drank from our previous vacation! She is always smiling and offering to get us what we need. We have some favorites that have been there for all of our vacations : Felix, Juan, Rodrigo, Rosa Lindo, Rodolpho, Oliver, Nemias, Sandro and Pedro (who not only showed us pictures of his kids and dogs but also ran to 2 bars to get us the drinks we wanted). We never have to order our drinks, they all know what we want, even if it has been months since we have been there ! Arli is an amazing waiter whom we love and Josue is such a great chef and always offers to make us anything ! Carlene was such a sweetheart at breakfast every day, her smiling face always greeted us and she took great care of our girls! Angel, Jose and Claudio around the pool were amazing as always!!! Daniel brought us room service twice and was so great. He was not only funny but made sure every detail was perfect, including the way he placed our food on our table! Alan Evin carried my plate at breakfast. Javier at the bakery always greeted us with a smile! Hector, manager at Mexicano, checked on us repeatedly. My husband did the workouts on the beach and was very impressed with the coaches! Others that stood out were Deyvid,Ricardo, Leonardo, and Adrian who made our trip awesome! Ivan took us back to the airport and was very sweet! The hotel and food are also the best we have ever experienced! You will not regret choosing Fiesta Americana Condesa! Fabrizio and his team make you feel like family and we cannot wait to return! I wish we could list all of the people that we love at Fiesta but it is honestly everyone we meet! We cannot wait to come back !
My stay in this resort

The room we had during the stay was amazing! very clean, had chocolates and fruit ready when we arrived. cleaning staff super. The staff were all great, very helpful. The 1 week I stayed there, the pool was not cleaned,I was up every morning before sunrise as I watched it from my room, there were 2 layers of pools, top and bottom and the top flowed into the bottom. I wandered into the far corner of the bottom pool, and discovered the disgusting stuff on the water. I just about vomited. All the lotion, phlegm, and other disgusting things were laying on top of water in the corner. And on the 2nd last day I got food poisoning, all the food was in the open and in the heat. I was very sick and spent the last few days in bed. I have travelled and stayed in many places in Mexico, and this is the first time I was sick. This vacation was a 4.5 star and I am appalled that it was not that clean.

The following deserve special mention for the services they provided. Thank you to Manager Hector and server Luis for a great dining experience at the El Mexicano. Thanks to Manager Carlos, chef Adrian, waiter Roberto and hostess Martha at the Rosato restaurant for making our evening a special night. We must mention Sophia, the " experience maker" for her caring attitude. And a special thank you to Misael for supervising everything like a great conductor!
Good all inclusive vacation overall

We stayed at Fiesta Americana for 6 days in March. It was our first all-inclusive vacation, first time in Mexico as well. We arrived by USA transfers (the hotel doesn’t offer their own shuttle) around 4pm. We checked into our room quick and realized they put us in a lagoon view room with two double beds, when we reserved a sunset view with a king bed. They were quick to accommodate, and gave us a room upgrade free of charge! We so appreciated this. The ocean view balcony in the moon tower was amazing and we put it to good use during our stay. The highlight for us was the food and the beach. We visited the cevicheria every day. The shrimp tacos and fried fish are amazing. Pico, guacamole and chips were always refilled quickly! We also thoroughly enjoyed the steakhouse. You need a reservation for this restaurant. All of the food there is amazing. JJ was a great server. We wish there was more authentic Mexican food options. We truly love Mexican food, and would have loved more options for lunch. Breakfast at the buffet, Kalmia was awesome. They had chilaquiles every day in a different sauce, which was a highlight for us. They also had an omelette bar, pancakes/waffles/French toast, fruit bar, potatoes, pastries/bread, juices etc. Lots of options. Carlene was so sweet and greeted us with a big smile each morning. The drinks were eh. Most of the drinks I had were very sugary and didn’t have much alcohol in it at all. I would consider myself a lightweight and didn’t feel anything the whole trip, with multiple drinks. I wish they had more beer/cider options. They only offered dos equis and another kind. I wish that the resort had more of a policy on saving seats with towels. A lot of people would put towels on chairs at the pool AND chairs at the beach. This was a bit annoying because there are only so many covered shaded areas at the beach and people would put a towel and not come back for hours. I saw this first hand. Another note on the beach, they close the gates to the beach pretty early (around 7 I believe). I wish they would keep it open for those who want to watch the full sunset on the beach or those who want to sit on the beach at night. I also wish the crepe and ice cream place were opened for more hours. While we were there, they were rarely opened. Only for a couple hours at night. I would recommend they stay open mid day (for snacks after lunch) and late night (for those who eat dinner a little later). Overall, we enjoyed our time. We probably won’t visit this resort again, but it was a good first all-inclusive vacation.
The Best Vacation

This was by far one of my favorite trips I have ever taken. The all-inclusive experience is entirely there!!! I could rate a 5 out of 5 on every aspect of the resort! The food was delicious and I never got hungry! There were endless opportunities. Late night crepes and ice cream was great too. By far one of my favorite nights of the trip was the “Silent DJ dance party.” Basically everyone has individual headsets that have 3 different radio/DJ stations by color and you could change each channel by the flip of a switch. It’s truly an activity you have to try to understand why it was so much fun! Additionally, the time my family and I were there we received great assistance in every way- The staff and employees are phenomenal. I even had the chance to get to know the fabulous entertainers such as Jack, Miguel, and Eduardo. They always had something to keep us entertained! Whether it was Ping Pong, pool volleyball, dancing, or making bracelets, they most certainly kept us the most relaxed and entertained as ever!
