I asked for an extra sheet and the lady at the desk argued that i didn't need one. After she finally gave me the sheet she bumped into my girl who was holding a baby at the time and didnt say anything about. Then our check out time was 12 and we over slept til 12:50 she came bussing in the room threatening to call the cops on us!! She could have simply woke us up then after we left they charged my carded an extra two...

The door did not lock properly and I noticed in the morning there was a hole near the doorknob that allowed someone in the hall to see right into the room. But my real issue was not being told there was a resort fee of over 100$. I was told by the person who checked me in that they would minus what I had paid on TripAdvisor, but that was not accurate and now I'm out an extra 70$!!...

I booked a room for Saturday night, I get there late in the night and no one is there. I got scammed out of $100 and they refuse to give me a refund. Michael, the manager was also compeltely unhelpful in any of this. Didn't bother to send someone to give me a room. I can't beleive you can buy a room and they will not let you stay. Stay away from this property!!!...

SCAM. FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. EXTORTION. OVER $400 HIDDEN FEES ON A 2-NIGHT STAY.

SCAM. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE. THEY DEMANDED AN ADDITIONAL $400 for a two-night reservation (2 rooms). On an "all fees included" booking. More than $100/night IN HIDDEN FEES (never mentioned on the booking site.). I'm livid, and deeply saddened and disappointed. My typing deteriorates when I'm upset. Apologies. Between the drunk herd of partygoers parading down the hallway from 1 AM to 4 AM, and the COCKROACHES, you should save yourself the money and book anywhere else, but here....
