We stayed for 4 nights in a Family Room, Bed & Breakfast, booked directly with the hotel. The hotel is located very conveniently (5 min walk) from the Central Railway Station, Buses & Metro - which makes for a very easy & quick transfer to & from the airport. Tivoli Gardens is a 5 minute walk away. You can get anywhere in Copenhagen from the Metro station nearby, although many of the main attractions are walkab...

Recently returned after our 3rd stay at this hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a Superior Room which was really appreciated. Loved the room, so spacious and the under floor heating in the bathroom was great.
Location is a main plus point for this hotel. So close to the central station and metro so getting around is really quick and easy.

Beautiful hotel in the best location for exploring Copenhagan. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and very well laid out. Cosy and comfortable bar area and we loved the games that were available in the bar area. Free drink token is a nice touch for not having our room cleaned for one day out of the 3 we were there. Great location, within 5 mins of the central station, but near the Meatpackers district as well as other places where the locals go. I liked the fact it it was not near all those really touristy restaurants in Nyhavn.
Amazing lounge and bar area - in fact this is one of the nicest hotel bars I have ever been too. Good service, reasonable prices and great lighting - it would be an easy place to spend the whole evenin...

This hotel was booked for a 3 day getaway to celebrate a birthday.
First, the positives......straight from the start, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. If you want to start with the feeling of 'Hygge' on your holiday, these people know it! - In the past, we have booked into hotels as a same-sex couple, and in the past, booking in has made us feel a bit uncomfortable, if not downright embarrassed. Not here....
