A very cute hotel near the Copenhagen Central Station. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unexpectedly awesome! We enjoyed our 1-night stay....

Time to change from this 3-star hotel that is starting to feel a bit expensive and it is not really "elegant and luxurious" as they describe themselves. Not clearly informing about the lack of AC on these hot days is really bad (then you would have had a chance to change hotels). Very hot rooms with poor air and with open windows facing the courtyard where guests move around early in the morning, it makes it difficul...

Promised parking they didn't actually offer. Refused to cancel booking.

Hotel promised "Uncovered Valet Parking on site (DKK350 per day)". Was not available. Would not have booked this hotel if this was not offered. It was critical to me.
Then hotel did not want to cancel my booking. So had to find much more expensive street parking every day in a busy city. Very unhappy!...

The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes from the central rail station / Metro. The building is old but well maintained. Our room was a reasonable size and looked out onto a central courtyard. The room was clean and everything functioned (lights, plugs, safe, shower). Nice location closed to town center ...lovely green garden and quiet corners to work or to relax ...magic breakfast based on quality products covering all needs and professional staff to add extra value on that, alwyas wellcoming ..with a smile and ready to help you...
