This hotel is in a very central area. It is 5 minutes from Central Station and 7 minutes from Tivoli Gardens which was our main reason for visiting.
We booked 2 x rooms for myself and husband and for my sister.
Our rooms were basic but clean and big enough for 2 of us.
The breakfast was a buffet and had plenty of choice including hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juice.
It is next door to a Lidl so perfect for snack...

The hotel would have every opportunity to be a popular place to stay one youd want to return to next time. The location, very close to Tivoli, is excellent. Unfortunately, with its current way of operating, its not an option for me anymore. The hotels communication with customers does not match the reality. The focus on financial efficiency was too obvious: for example, rooms were cleaned only every fourth day, ...

It was truly a strange hotel. The rooms and corridors were narrow, dark, and eerie.
The lighting in the rooms was very dim.
The central ventilation system is old and noisy, and the windows cannot be opened.
The bathroom exhaust fan is ineffective, and unpleasant odours linger in the rooms. There was a liquid soap in the bathroom labelled hand, head, and body wash?!?!

Liked · Good location, a few minutes walk to Tivoli. A large, clean, and comfortable room with adequate toiletries. Broad selection of breakfast options.
