Wife's AirPods stolen by cleaning staff. Otherwise okay hotel.

The cleaning person who cleaned our room stole AirPods which my wife forgot in the room at checkout.
My wife forgot her AirPods Pro in the hotel room 102 at checkout. When we tracked the AirPods using "Find my", they were in the hotel room. Then, hours later, they were in a private home. Obviously the AirPods were taken by cleaning staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. This is the place for you if you want to take out your own trash, get toilet paper from the reception every day, have a room without a table, dirty water glasses in the room the whole stay....

Nice hotel. Centrally located. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in to room early at 12pm. Room and shower was totally fine, however room only gets cleaned after 4 nights, which is fine but would be good if you could at least get fresh towels everyday. Also no kettle and only one pillow each in the room. We were able to get fresh towels, hot water and extra pillows at reception but think adding these small ...

2 night stay solo female traveller. Hotel is centrally located around a 6min walk (on the flat) from the Copenhagen Central Station. Quick and easy self check-in desk
Room was very good size, v comfortable bed, bathroom had shower gel/shampoo/hand-wash.
Only downside was no kettle or tea/coffee in the room but you can get drinks from the reception lobby
Breakfast was very good, buffet-style

I wish I could give them negative ten stars. This utterly abusive, offensive chain promised you would get points for stays, and I booked a long stay based on that offer. Then they illegally and without adequate notice (I live outside Scandinavia) eliminated the program after the fact and refused to honor or transfer the points, giving me endless contradictory, offensive excuses.
