Another great stay at the Island. Been staying here for over 5 years and I really appreciate the facilities and friendly professional team. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment which will add a fresh look and features over the coming months. Looking forward to being back there in April....

Great hotel , close to station, staff wonderful, room excellent, breakfast excellent, clean ,got drinks on evening from reception, this nice touch sat comfortably in reception. Give 5 stars nothing to complain about ....

Overall a good stay, room was a bit warm, so had to open window to cool it. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and fresh fruits, breads, and more....

We really liked this hotel. Its very peaceful and has a warm atmosphere. I definitely recommend choosing a harbor view room we did and the view was beautiful. The only small downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room, and disposable slippers would have been a nice addition....

The only good thing was the suite's magnificent view of Copenhagen.

Everything is mediocre except for the location.The rooms are very small. We had to pay extra to book a suite. Even the suite was small. The wardrobe doors don't open completely. The wardrobe is small. The pillows are terrible. An extra bed was provided, but it's impossible to use as a bed; it folds up when you lie on it. Breakfast is poor, with little variety. The only good thing was the suite's magnificent view of C...
