Great location and quiet. All the staff were outstanding - helpful, friendly, cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful and a good start to the day, whether exploring the city or further afield. The standard rooms are compact, but really can't fault this hotel....

Highly recommended. Perfectly situated for bars, restaurants and Metro link to airport. Breakfast options were great and quality excellent....

Good location between nyhavn and christianshavn. Very friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. Breakfast is fantastic with lots on offer. Comfortable beds with a pillow menu available if you ask. ...

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night break in Copenhagen. The Strand Hotel is in a brilliant location, just around the corner from historic Nyhavn and easy to reach via the metro from the airport. Take the yellow M2 line and get off at Kongens Nytorv which is 8 stops down. It is then an easy walk of about 8 minutes to the hotel although it can be tricky to drag your suitcase over the cobbles in some places!
