What a brilliant place to stay. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you. A particularly big shout out to Ann(take a bow). The hotel is superbly located in close proximity to all centre city attractions. The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is wonderful, genuine quality food with such a variety to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Copenhage...

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, the breakfast. Would totally recommend and would stay again next time were back in Copenhagen...

We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, the room and common areas were comfortable and inviting, the breakfast was filled with a great variety of Danish specialties, the location is perfect for accessing all the activities and restaurants. We would stay here again!...

Paid a bomb for a matchbox of a hotel which is no better than a bare shell building. Staff at the breakfast were extremely courteous but besides that and maybe the location, it is an absolute disappointment. You will find nothing at the hotel yet would end up burning a hole in the pocket. ...
