Ok Stay but needs renovation

We stayed for a couple of nights, the reception staff are professional and very helpful. It's 10 min by car from the airport, the mall, metro and bus stations are 4 min walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are a bit outdated, they need renovation with stains on the carpets in the corridor. The shower was flodding. The most annoying thing was the elevator noises you can always hear them accelerating ...

Very good hotel. Had a 12th floor room with amazing views of the airport and bridge.
Fridge in room. Quality toiletries in bathroom.
Comfy bed and chair.
Did not eat in the restaurant.
Only disappointment was the gym which was very poor....

Stayed here at weekend with my wife. Cant fault the hotel. We were attending a gig at the Arena so it was a perfect location for us. Obviously if you want to be more central, other options might be more preferable but for us it was just what we needed and its close to the station anyway. Stayed for 3 nights, good location, 5 minutes walk to Metro and Train station. Easy to get into the city centre and airport. We arrived before check in time just to drop off our luggage and Mariano on the front desk was very accommodating and managed to get us checked in early, which was a lovely gesture. Lovely service, comfortable rooms, and they went all-out to deliver a kid-friendly experience during the autumn holidays. Proximity to Royal Arena is superior....
