Usual Crown Plaza facilities but lacklustre service!

Expected more of Crown Plaza! Great location for a gig at Royal Arena and the room was as good as expected. The staff, however were quite appalling. In our 2 night stay we had NO chambermaid service. The bar people in Bark were very unfriendly and slow- I gave up after waiting 20 minutes to be served by the half-shaved girl who had no serving rota system-many people walked off. Really excellent and highly communicated front desk, Ive always enjoyed my stays here and this one was no exception. Though its not in the city center its ideally located for business travel right between the airport and the city center not even 10 minutes away. Rooms are spacious always clean. I can honestly say the Crowne Plaza is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The reception staff were fantastic and made the check in prosses extremely easy, and clear. The room was great!! Comfortable bed, amazing view, super clean bathroom, it was faultless. The bar area in the lobby was superb, and once again, staff we're fantastic.

It's a good hotel next to a shopping mall and metro so moving around is easy peasy. From Orestad you can reach Malmo sweden in less than an hour.
The hotel itself is ok but it's more of a business hotel, although I am a premium member and had the complimentary drinks, we only used it once during our 8 days of stay. Compared to other location, as in Dubai, the evening drinks and snack is very basic. So basic you only...

Excellent hotel! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and location was fabulous.
My husband travels frequently and only stays in IHG so we were upgraded. Their lounge on the floors is closed but we got complimentary drinks at Bark (in lobby). This worked well as there was a football table for our kids to enjoy while we had a nice evening drink.
