A bit of a "refurbished" illusion

At first glance, the hotel looks like a great pick, but the experience didn't quite live up to the image. The rooms felt like they had been refurbished but lacked the genuine comfort i would expect from a high-end hotel - the "cozy" factor just wasn't there. As for the breakfast, it was regular and unremarkable; it does the job, but it won't be the highlight of your morning.

I had a wonderful four-day stay at this hotel. The property was impeccably clean throughout, the meals were delicious and well-prepared, and the breakfast staff stood out for their friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalismespecially Alan, who provided outstanding service. Highly recommend!...

Great hotel but could be better

Visited at the end of Dec for 5 nights with my wife and 3 kids - two connecting rooms
Location is great, less than 10 minutes drive from airport and right next to train station and shopping mall and motorway
Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked eggs brought to your table

We stayed for a couple of nights, the reception staff are professional and very helpful. It's 10 min by car from the airport, the mall, metro and bus stations are 4 min walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The rooms are a bit outdated, they need renovation with stains on the carpets in the corridor. The shower was flodding. The most annoying thing was the elevator noises you can always hear them accelerating ...

Very good hotel.

Very good hotel. Had a 12th floor room with amazing views of the airport and bridge.
Fridge in room. Quality toiletries in bathroom.
Comfy bed and chair.
Did not eat in the restaurant.
Only disappointment was the gym which was very poor....
