Great Hotel experience

Stayed here for one night. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was clean, inviting and the bed was very comfortable - had a great nights sleep here. Hotel itself was lovely. Location is perfect. So close to the main railway station and very close to Tivoli and shopping areas. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. ...

The hotel is walking distance to many tourist attractions and neighbourhoods of interest, though itself not in a particularly warm or inviting location.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The room, while perhaps recently renovated as the listing suggested, was done so with cheap materials, and the floors made for a cold atmosphere -- kind of like a cheap Airbnb that skimped on decor.

A lovely stay at the Imperial Hotel. Cosy room with a firm, comfortable bed. Nice, soft lighting. Lots of breakfast options....

Went to this Hotel in Copenhagen as it was part of my partners birthday break.
First impressions was hotel looked nice from the outside well situated for public transport,check in/out no problems,
Room was,clean,bed mattress was comfortable,pillows very uncomfortable/used/worn out,and rather small (length) for a kingsize bed.the filling on the pillows was clumpy therefore needed replacing.there was an over bath showe...

Room was a little small but ok for one person. would be very cramped for 2. Shower tends to flood bathroom floor and almost impossible to dry towels, Otherwise comfortable and bed excellent for one. Building work behind hotel started at 5.30 am so good that I didn't want the windows open....
