The hotel is in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the train station where the train from the airport arrives. A few minutes from Tivoli. 5/10 minute walk from the main squares, the lakes and shopping streets. 15 minute walk from the harbour and about a 10 minute walk from the Meat Packing District. Very basic hotel with some cleaning issues.
I checked in and had to change room as the bathroom in my original room was dirty (see photos). Not much better in the second room where I found a dirty cup (photo.. The rooms are basic and I am certain you would find a better hotel around without much effort.
The towels smelled awful and the soap dispensers were broken. The daily cleaning of the room was mediocre to say...

Provably the worst hotel in Copenhagen. Rude and very unfriendly staff. Bar closes at 10 pm on Saturdays. Outdated rooms snd smelly corridors. Probably my worst hotel experience ever. I am never again staying here....

Unprofessional staff and poor management

experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff did not support us or attempt to understand the situation in any way. Instead, we were treated as a problem, and it was clear that the staff had little interest in doing their job or providing proper service.

Very disappointing hotel: the staff do the bare minimum on check in and d'check out (they don't even ask us how our stay was, don't tell us where tis the breakfast room or the fitness room, don't show us the restaurant and bar on arrival), no Expedia VIP benefits offered or mentioned, industrial-style breakfast, no option for fried eggs (only boiled eggs or omelettes available), very outdated rooms and facilities.
