We arrived late and exhausted, and honestly couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. Daniel at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and genuinely made us feel at home from the moment we walked in.
The whole team had a great energy, you could tell good hospitality is part of the culture here. The food was delicious too, a lovely bonus on top of an already great stay.
We'll definitely be back. :)...

The Grand Joanne is a beautiful hotel, with incredibly helpful staff. The location was ideal for being able to walk to all of the things most would want to see whilst in Copenhagen - including being a 2 minute walk from the Tivoli Gardens. ...

Our room was in a bad location and the cleanliness was poor. The hotel staff didn't greet us; they didn't even help with our luggage. They only gave us our room key and then didn't contact us at all. We had to do everything ourselves when we checked out. The only good thing was the location. Other than that, we didn't receive any attention, unfortunately....

It was very nice to be there in Grand Joanne, the location is beautiful and the atmosphere was superb. Cozy and warm and the room we got was comfortable and big enough to feel like home. Big value comparing what you get with the quality, is a big point to highlight and I can promise no noise in the room from the street. Everything was clean and tidy as you would expect.
