I stayed here with my daughter in December while visiting the Christmas markets, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff who made the check-in process seamless.

Well worth a stay

A lovely hotel close to the station. so you have easy access to the metro to get around the city. As many reviews have said, the room size isn't generous (and we had one of the larger ones) so there's not much storage space. But it was nicely furnished and very clean. Our favourite bit was the bar area, a warm and cosy space to enjoy a G&T before heading out for dinner....

Fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Copenhagen and has the perfect big-city atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We hope to be able to come back soon!...

Our first visit to Copenhagen and delighted by this lovely hotel. Very nicely fitted out and everything you could possibly need in our room including a kettle. Beds were super comfy. Quiet room with blackout blinds and large bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. First class location near the station, Tivoli and the city centre.
