The hotel and the amenities were very high quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the metro so it is easy to get around.
We stayed in one of the family suites and it was very clean and well tended to. There was a mini fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine and hairdryer in the room so the basics all covered. The TVs allowed you to Chrome cast which is great for children.

Sustainability cant be an excuse for poor cleaning and for example, not vacuuming the floor. However, the hotel has an excellent location which partly compensated this bad experience....

Very friendly service and staff, nice and comfortable room for our family. No fridge. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get to metro....

We always stay at the Falkoner when we go to Copenhagen whether its for business or for family vacations. The location is amazing. Its close to many good restaurants, cafes and a mall where you can do all your shopping. Its also a 2 minute walking to the Metro which is great. The bar is well equipped with friendly & accommodating bar tenders specially the men at night. The all you can eat breakfast is very tradit...

Centrally located, friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very central and easy to get around from here....
