Overly priced Hotel, not interested in showing a minimum of service to guests (unless you pay more, of course).

The hotel needs proper deep clean. The rooms are dirty and small. We had to change a room 3 times as there was an issue with all of them. First one didn't have a safe to leave the belongings, second there was something spilled and the smell was so strong that even we with windows wiped open we all got headaches and had to leave the room immediately, the third room did not have duvet for kids available, complete disa...

Pick Up the Junior Suite

We have had a reservation before hand, however when we arrived we did not like our choice. Staff at Front desk gave me the keys for other options. We picked up the Junior Suite with a living room set up w/extra bathroom and large bedroom w/another bathroom. We loved the room and amenities. I think every room has breakfast included which was a decent breakfast with everyone could find anything to eat....
