Bathroom outdated, furniture outdated. No value for a lot of money. Also after an upgrade to another room because the other was not clean the room is to expensive...

I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years, and I am sorry to say that I will move on from Scandic to stay at other hotels after having had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms several times. Three times I have found other peoples hair in the bathromm and once in the bed, at checkin into the room. Once I had soiled floor and once a broken handle on a wardrobe. Brilliant Hotel

The hotel is situated at the center of Copenhagen, next to everything which you can reach by foot.
Breakfast was very pleasant, a wide arrangement of juice, warm food, cold food, fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff were very lovely and friendly, and we felt very welcomed.
