Located in crimeridden outback of town with no facilities nearby
Breakfast is deplorable: no vacant only bits, powdereggs, limited selection
Dinner look good on the menu, but menu doesnt say that there is no dinner Fri-Sunday
Bartender seemed very fed up with her job.
Recommendation: stay away...

Staff were not friendly and whatever you ask there reply is an authorities NO!!!! I think they forgot who actually was the customer and who pays their salaries!!!!...

Location of hotel is perfect- 10 mins from airport and 10 mins on metro to city centre. Reception staff were lovely and we did check in early for an additional fee. The room was a standard double, however only 1 small pillow each and separate single duvets. You had to request for a room clean online, we requested and it didnt get cleaned or towels changed on the first day which was annoying as there was a lack of to...

Seven signs for booking parking online usually cover the reception desk. The receptionist was more interested in us booking parking than checking in. The light above our bed in the junior suite couldn't be turned off. We were offered a downgrade in exchange. A double room for us, but there were three of us. And all that without a discount.
