Had a really great stay at The Square
Perfect location - within short walking distance to main sites
Staff were super friendly, polite, kind and always smiling. Made me feel very welcome and cared for.
Room away from street on third floor - super quiet
Super comfortable bed, great clean spacious bathroom
I was kindly upgraded to Executive King room - worth the upgrade!
Luggage storage for early check ins / post check...

This is a perfect location for Copenhagen. We visited during the offseason as we were heading north to see the Northern Lights; still quite a few people in February. This hotel is right at the entrance to the large restaurant/retail area of Copenhagen. Walk across the street, through the park, and you are there. At $212 USD per night, it was perfect. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and treatment I received from the hotel management. Due to the current travel disruption affecting flights routed through Dubai, I was unable to proceed with my planned trip. This situation was completely unforeseen and beyond my control.

we loved our stay at the Square, it is right in the city centre walking distance from everything and is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel. Staff are all lovely, Emma who checked us in on arrival and out when we were leaving is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable in her role. Thank you again!...
