The pillow is too soft, but they only have one type.
And the curtains are too small, room isn't dark...

Slept maybe 2-3 hours each night! Mattress too soft, duvets and pillows too small, woke with terrible back ache.
Breakfast buffet extremely limited choice, tables not cleared, couldn't find a clean spoon 2 mornings!...

( Very ) small room and bed put in a strange position ( dificult for the second person go out the bed) . A little cold ( for me) . Not aménities in toilet ( just liquid bath/ head/ hands) must bought a tooth brush . Good breakfast . Nice people. ...

Good hotel, but be careful over breakfast booking.

I thought I had booked breakfast (through Expedia) but apparently not. The hotel is next to the Next House hostel, whose (cheap and cheerful) dinner is open to all, and I ate their twice during my week in Copenhagen...

The cheapest room was on 1st floor had just the basics but they were in mint condition and very clean! The view from the restaurant on 10th floor was great. The service was nice, very professional....
