The room ist very small and dirrty.
The mattress had so many stains. The shower head was so dirty I had to clean it first. Never again...

This is a really convenient venue for a short city-centre stay. The rooms are small but functional and the breakfast is good value for money with great views over the city and waterfront. Faclities like bike hire on site are also useful...

room did not match my expectations. No kettle in the room is big disappointment. And room located next to facilities lift is misunderstanding while staff use it the middle of the night. Long ques for breakfast. Not great food variety. ...

Extremerly poor WiFi, no closet, no dresser, limited hot water, no cable TV, no full size pillows, no way to turn off the over the bed lights, must remove room key from slot, breakfast buffet extremely limited and expensive, no way to make the bed, did not stock enought toilet paper, no room phone, limited toiletries space...
