This hotel is a great all-rounder with plenty of pools, 2 places to eat, and a little cove on the side.
This hotel is 2 minutes’ walk from a small sandy cove. The centre of Costa Teguise, with its shops, bars and restaurants, is a 5-minute taxi ride away – or about 25 minutes on foot along the promenade.
There’s a great pool set-up, with 5 pools in all, including a duo just for kids. Dining-wise, you’ve got a buffet restaurant and a well-regarded à la carte place. And there’s a good line-up of activities for all ages.

This hotel is way better than Occidental Mar across the road. It's newer and less noisy. The balconies are made so you have enough privacy. The service was good from the first day. the only problem was the food. On some days we found the food to be cold and the variety was not that great. The spa was literally non existent. There is enough space for everyone when sun lounging. Great hotel.More

Nice relaxing week
Just back from a weeks stay half board. Staff are friendly efficient and helpfull. Pools are immaculate. One is cool one very warm. Rooms are decent and cleaned every day. Food is ok but a bit repetitive. If you have little kids they have a nice pool and slide away from the main pools. I fish a bit and fishing off the rocks is very good. Caught no end including a large Garfish. There is a free coach to the main beach which we used 3 times. A taxi from the centre to the hotel was 4.10 euros. We switched our dinner to lunch and ate at Teguise centre a couple of times for a bit of variety. So you will have a nice stay if you come here. The air con is feeble. I lost water to the shower one evening so the wife rinsed me down from the sink. Also had one stone cold shower. Minor problems really.More
Good hotel but could be a lot better......
Stayed here for 11 nights, 1st time in Costa Teguise as normally stay in Playa Blanca but fancied a change. The hotel is clean and tidy, easy to get around and everything is located well. The pool area is very good with no issues for getting sun loungers even after 10am. there is a snack bar near the pool serving drinks from 10.30 and food from dinner time as per the usual bugers, hotdogs etc. Buffet style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. Breakfast & lunch was good but found on evening meat/fish was good but the vegetable/salad offer was poor. The room was clean & tidy and had a sea view which was nice to wake up to on a morning with the waves crashing against the rocks & the sun rising. To me the staff need to be much more friendly and interacting with clients. In the restaurant getting a glass of wine took ages but asking for a second seemed to be like the cardinal sin. Had to help out another couple one night with crockery as the table hadn't be set. There was a lack of staff as there seemed to be more staff stood around the restaurant entrance doing nothing ie managers/supervisors than the waiters/waitresses in the dining room running round trying to catch up. The bar staff didn't smile or interact majority of the time & even asking for drinks in Spanish didn't seem to make a difference. On 2 occasions had issue with no hot water to shower with on an evening so went to reception to mention this and was told that it would be fixed, it was but it was the manner/attitude that was like we know we're sorting it so don't bother us, not what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Jose and the animation team are brilliant getting guests involved to take park in the activities throughout the day. The hotel itself is out on a bit a limb with a good 30 - 40 minute walk into Costa Teguise itself with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. It's a nice walk along the coast Teguise market is held on a Sunday but would recommend getting the bus there only 2.50 euro each. Arrecife is well worth a visit and again is only 1.40 euros each on the bus. Did enjoy this holiday but could have been so much better!More
Don't waste your money going all inclusive.
Me and my partner have just returned home from a 4 night stay at this hotel in celebration of his birthday. After the first night we looked at finding somewhere else to stay. The first night we were there the chef was serving pork that was still raw inside, needless to say that put us off pork for the rest of our stay. I got served a raw piece of chicken on the final night, I complained to the staff and all I got back was ''Oh sorry''. I don't know how people can say the food is excellent as we aren't fussy eaters but there was literally hardly any variety and the food looked like it had been warmed up from previous nights. We were told there was a free bus into the town center, however this cost us 2.80 every time we went downtown. It is quite a distance from everything, we walked a mile or so to the nearest bar, After reading the reviews we thought it would take us 20 minutes to walk into the center. however, it cost us 5 euros in a taxi and then we had to wak another 10 minutes til we reached the center. The entertainment during the day was great, however evenings apart from one disco party we found ourselves spending most of our time outside of the hotel as it was very poor and disappointing. When booking I asked for a double bed and we got 2 singles, not that bothered though as the rooms were big and spacious and beds were very comfy. The hospitality was great, my partner even got delivered a bottle of champagne on the afternoon of his birthday. This really put a downer on the holiday for us due to the poor quality of food and entertainment on an evening. We would not recommend to friends and family and will not be returning unless it's booked as a bed and breakfast.More
Would return and recommend
We have just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and well spoken receptionist. Upon entering our rooms we were impressed by the room decor, size and cleanliness. We found the beds to be a bit hard so asked if they had mattress toppers to which we found they provided upon returning to our rooms. Anything we reported or requested was handled very quickly. The air conditioning wasn't the best, we found even on coldest full speed it was still quite warm getting ready and through the night. The food was excellent, we always found plenty to eat. One of us has a nut allergy and found it difficult to understand which foods were safe to eat so had to avoid a lot, it would be good if this was clearly indicated. The overall hotel cleanliness was excellent, there was always cleaning and maintainance going on throughout the day. The pool and pool area was cleaned everyday and was in good condition. The entertainment team were very good, special mention to José who was always full of energy and fun, always taking the time to talk to people. One of us also had a massage during our stay by Miguel which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return.More
