Since this hotel is located close to Tram (T2) stop, it is easy to access to both city center and especially airport.Staff service and Breakfast is sufficiently good and the room is clean enogh so, it is very confortable and safe for me to stay in this hotel for a week. ...

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the centre of Florence, where you can walk for 5 minutes to the tram stop T2 (Preetola Aerporto )at Novli Palazzi Rossi station, which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes and get off at Unita station to reach the most prominent tourist attractions in Florence. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are helpful. I highly recommend...

Very friendly staff, who go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome in their hotel. I felt like family coming into town the way the staff went out of their way to speak with us about our travel in general and then when they went on to show us around the area on a paper map they gave us many great considerations for meals, and attractions and little tips and tricks for getting around and ways to save mon...

For the price and the room condition with its facility to offer you better off staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Nivoli.
Mind you the rooms are clean , but very small even though we had ordered two triple rooms for 4 people. The pillows are too high and there is no choice / selection .The bathroom space is very narrow and small with no space to accommodate anything .
