The room was pretty small. Cleaning was dreadful. Parking was ok. The hotel was 12 minutes from tramway station to the center. You can arrive in 30 minutes by tram to the city centre. The hotel is situated at the outskirts of Firenze, but in a nice and calm neibourhood....

Hotel is on good location, near the tram station, five minutes walk, just right place because there is still no crowd in the tram and you can sit. Very quiet for sleeping and resting. Nicly equiped apartments/rooms.Beds are comfortable and big, sheets clean and smooth. Coffe/tea and tea maker in the room for morning ten minute enjoy.Good value for the price....
