Fantastic and relaxing stay

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just outside the ZTL, making it easy to explore Florence without any hassle. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely touch of complimentary coffee and tea refills. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.

It would be difficult to overstate the friendly welcome we received at this delightful hotel on the Arno River. We would certainly stay here again. Our room - junior suite - was perfect for our requirements and the care we received from every member of staff was personal and professional. Really lovely stuff - thank you so much!...

Absolutely beautiful hotel, really clean with lovely touches, close enough to walk everywhere. They kindly upgraded us, free of charge which really made our stay memorable! We stayed for a long weekend, Fri-Mon. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend!...

The staff is warm, professional, and available 24/7.
The breakfast is excellent, with great coffee, overseen by Katerina, who not only provides wonderful hospitality but also possesses extensive knowledge about the Tuscany region. Nice, modern, and bright hotel by the river. Even though we had an interior room, it did not feel dark. The bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. The WiFi, however, was spotty. It is a 15-minute walk from the "center" (Duomo), which we didn't mind as the walk was easy and our immediate area was nice and peaceful, and you can find nice restaurants nearby that are less touristy.
