All of the staff were kind, generous with their time, smiled, made eye contact, spoke in calming tones, kindly tolerated the five italian phrases I know.
I will always recommend this hotel and I will stay again.

After our first experience with an NH Collection hotel in 2017, we have always looked for NH Collection whenever we're in Europe - Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto - and they were all excellent. Sadly, Porta Rossa in Firenze was a bit disappointing. 1) Since we were staying for 9 nights, it would have been good service to give us a better, more comfortable room. Another fabulous stay at this hotel. I think it's one of my favorite areas. Close proximity to all the sites and stores. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Staff is great especially Nadine and Gianni. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast is delicious with great selection....

Skip the bar at Porta Tossa

The hotel was amazing in every way except the bar which was very disappointing. Bartender was horrible and drinks were incredibly overpriced....
