Be warned that if you go here as part of a group you will be treated as second class citizens. The breakfast room for a group is dreary, and serves canned fruit cocktail, mass produced pastries, bad coffee machine coffee and not much else. Our group also had several dinners at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed it.
Staff are very helpful.
The hotel itself is in an enclosed area so the parking is very secure but are also offered underground further secure parking.
A lovely hotel, amenities and staff.
Would recommend....

Lovely hotel close to Florence

This hotel was just as advertised, lovely spacious rooms and tasty breakfast. The location is about 20 minutes drive from the centre of Florence and the pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel with ample parking and clean, comfortable and stylish rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly to us and we really enjoyed our stay....

When we first arrived I had high hopes. The hotel looked nice and the rooms were clean
Then it quickly went down hill. At night it felt like a furnace in the room, causing a horrible night sleep. I asked others in my group and they experienced the same thing. This was a very dissatisfying stay. For a four star hotel, you would expect basic amenities.
Ill start with the positive. The rooms were clean and the place looked nice. The food at the restaurant (for dinner) was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly. Those were the highlights of our stay.
