Avoid this hotel!

This hotel is awful. Avoid at all costs! For $250-$300 these items should not be issues.
The bed room is not as pictured online. No room to open a suitcase.
Broken shower rod & towel rack.
Dirty walls.
Shower does not have a door to close to water goes all over the floor.
Do your self a favor, and skip this hotel!...

Excellent hotel except the bar

Excellent hotel, great location - very close to all historic attractions.
Airport is 20 min away on the 1.70 tram so no need for a taxi. The tram stops are right outside the airport on one end and opposite the hotels front door on the other.
The train station is also just on the other side of the tram stop so if planning to travel on train it is very convenient too.

Not sure at all how there can be any negative reviews about this hotel. It is located opposite to the train station and literally everything is within an easy walk with nothing being over 20 mins. It is quite a modern hotel compared to many that I looked at. The room was a good size (smart twin room) with great amenities. The bar on the first floor serves lovely (and reasonable) cocktails. Noise was never an issue at...

This hotel is superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was also large. The balcony to have our morning coffee on was appreciated too.
The hotel is located across the road from Firenze train station and is very easy to access. We didn't hear any noise from outside at all.
We will definitely stay here again!...
