    The modern Hotel Villa Anthea is small and well placed, just a couple of minutes from the resort centre and lakeside promenade.

    With only 27 rooms and attentive family-run service, the hotel offers a friendly, comfortable base for exploring the lake. You can take advantage of the long outdoor pool, and relax in the bar* after a full day exploring the area.

    It's worth noting that we are unable to accept bookings for children under 12 years into this hotel.

    Just so you know, a tourist tax is payable locally in cash. This will be approximately €1 per person, per night.

    Please note that safety standards around balconies, railings and public walkways are different in Italy and may be lower or have ornamental features that you wouldn’t see in the UK or Ireland.
    For your own safety and that of everyone you’re travelling with, please make sure you take care not to lean on or over any railings. If you have children under 12 years, please make sure they’re supervised and not left alone at any time.

    Recently spent another extremely enjoyable week at Hotel Anthea even though under Covid 19 conditions. The hotel and staff have made, what we felt, a very secure environment. The staff work very hard to provide every one with whatever they desire from the plentiful buffet breakfast in the morning and nothing is too much trouble. We were a party of seven friends and the service given to us was exceptional. Any query or request is dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious well equipped and comfortable with maid service every day. On a couple of nights we came back to the hotel and had drinks from the bar on the front veranda which were very good value, not marked up like many hotels. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Anthea in all areas but the service is outstanding.

    An all-round great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean (with reassuringly good covid measures in place). Lovely little pool, which can be hard to find in Garda. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants and shops at the lake front and around 5 minutes to the ferry terminal. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to others!

    Stayed for 10 nights with my cousin, everything about this hotel is superb. Friendly staff, great location and very clean. Only 2 blocks back from the Lake front and all the restaurants. very close to bus terminal and ferries. Close enough to walk but away from all the hustle

    The hotel is in a great location for exploring Lake Garda with a short walk to a very convenient ferry and bus service. The rooms are very clean, in fact, everywhere in the hotel was spotless. This lovely family run hotel went above and beyond to ensure all the guests had an enjoyable but above all, safe holiday. Thank you to every single member of staff for their dedication and tireless hard work in what are challenging times for the travel industry.

    The hotel is in a great location, clean rooms, good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. An excellent option for travellers in the mid-range bracket not looking to stretch their budget. Parking is 700m away from the hotel mostly unless you book in advance but the hotel let us drop our bags etc.first
