Overall a good experience stayed in the business studio and used the sofa bed which was easy to assemble and comfortable.
Only issues is the shower head pressure wasnt amazing and our shower wasnt assembled correctly or was broken so we had to manually use the shower head and couldnt move it up. Also the noise outside I know this isnt the hotels fault but the building work starting at 7am was always a bit of a ...

Great modern hotel, only 10 mins walk from the Old Town Stare Miasto, good restaurant and bar > Cleaning was excellent.
My only suggestion bigger bath towels ....

The location was fine and the room was good value thats the only reason this review gets even one star. Its a shame the entire experience was ruined by the unbelievably rude staff. Every member of staff we interacted with had the attitude of someone being forced to work at gunpoint.
