Great Centrally located hotel

Great modern hotel, only 10 mins walk from the Old Town Stare Miasto, good restaurant and bar > Cleaning was excellent.
My only suggestion bigger bath towels ....

The location was fine and the room was good value thats the only reason this review gets even one star. Its a shame the entire experience was ruined by the unbelievably rude staff. Every member of staff we interacted with had the attitude of someone being forced to work at gunpoint. It takes real talent to make a perfectly fine hotel feel unpleasant, but somehow they managed it. A smile? Manners? Any hint of hosp...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in November. The first impressions were very good with nice decor, staff were friendly. The check in process was efficient. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was nice and close to the centre of Gdansk. We went for breakfast on the first morning however we decided to get breakfast from local cafes.
