A nice experience

The hotel is 4 stars hotel and inside is very nice. We had accommodation in this hotel at 9th floor. Unfortunately the room was cold, no heat inside and we stayed 2 days. This was uncomfortable for us. The rooms was nice and bathroom was ok but the cold inside was not. I am sorry for this because I do not know why was that. A great place to stay

A large and comfortable hotel, located close to a shopping mall, bus, tram and underground, just 35 minute walk to the city centre. A very nice area, quiet and close to the water. The room was reasonable size and the bed comfortable, shower very good. The breakfast and evening meals were buffet, and fine. Helpful and friendly staff. I would certainly stay here again. No complaints at all....

Shabby and dirty rooms

I have never stayed at a Finnish hotel this dirty. The rooms are also very worn scratched floors and furniture, bathrooms with calcified grout. Proper cleaning and maintenance might make it a reasonable place to stay, but as it is, the condition of the rooms is depressing and disgusting. I changed rooms, but it didnt help, so apparently this is an issue throughout the hotel....

Clean Rooms, working A/C, comfy beds. Really great, there's nothing to complain about in this specific holiday inn hotel....
