The worst hotel. I have booked the hotel from official website. On the photo was another photo of the room. As we came in to the hotel they provided us with another room. I have asked staff why it is like this? They answered like we will only provide guests with available rooms :((...

Bed and pillows are not comfortable these are very soft and tend to push the body inside.
Food is fine and ambiance is also ok

Hotel located very close to Taksim sq, rooms are nicely decorated with a balcony , the city never sleeps so you do hear a lot of noise in the streets so earplugs would be good to bring. Only negative is beds are very very soft which for me meant uncomfortable sleep...
