Great hotel and staff are very helpful and excellent service and top notch amenities.
I got surprised of birthday cake on my birthday from the GM of the hotel.
Great location! The FO team are fantastic.
I would recommend Amiral Palace Istanbul during your visit in Istanbul...

This hotel as well located near the major sites in the historic old part of the city, but a little tucked away so that its quiet. The dining room has views over the Bosphorus, a lovely way to start and plan your day. The lower level has a heated pool, a simple gym and a spa, which is a great place to unwind and relax. This is a fantastic location to be near the main historic sights in the old town, but a little tucked away that it is quiet. There are views over the Bosphorus in the rooftop dining room. A downstairs heated pool, spa facilities and basic gym were a good place to unwind and relax. Especially notable were the staff who were kind and helpful. Very open and friendly service! The room service was exceptional, including a delightful touch of chocolates in the evening. The beautiful view in the morning made the stay even more special. Forgotten items were promptly and smoothly transferred to the requested location. Highly appreciated!...

We stayed for four nights during a city break, in this excellent hotel.
The big positive was the friendly, efficient and helpful staff - really welcoming but not in a fussy way.
