Lovely hotel to stay if visiting Istanbul

Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance of The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Emir on reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was lovely and Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly.
Views over the Blue Mosque and Bisphorous Straight were amazing.
Would definitely recommend The Arcadia B...

This place is horrible! Dont stay here. When you have a complaint, they pretend to not understand what youre saying, stating that theres a language barrier, but they understand very well. No customer service skills whatsoever. I would not recommend this to anyone for those of you that are reading this review. Please be aware that this hotel is horrible....

I am currently sat in the Reception, checking out.
From the initial welcome provided by Batwan and Furqaan to check-out, every aspect of my stay was truly brilliant!
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, clean, and boasts a perfect location, just a two-minute walk from Sultan Ahmet Main Road, yet without the accompanying hustle and bustle.

Not worth the money.

Rooms were small, thin walls. Loud noise from door slamming to people talking. There was an odor throughout the room and perhaps from the washroom.
Breakfast was poor. Location is good, staff were helpful upon arrival....

Perfect stay for family

Good location accessible by car. Beautiful breakfast view at 9th floor overlooking Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia as well as the sea. We took the family room which was cozy, spacious & has good amenities. Good value. Helpful friendly staff. Recommended. Good breakfast....
