Stay at hotel

I went with my 10 year old son and the rolm
was clean, comfortable, the hotel was beautifully decorated, staff were warm, helpful and thoughtful.
The breakfast buffet, food and room service were incredible.
We will come back to stay here when we return to Istanbul!...

Lost post card important

We were a group of 16, the stay in this hotel was nice BUT...
I let to reception a postcard, i paid stamp, asking if kindley to send ( for my doughter innthe new house new address) but never aiive in Italy. Fir me was very important.
May the post card still there?...

Hotel had clearly been smoked in, room and corridors smelled of smoke

This was sold as a non-smoking hotel, however I was woken up multiple times overnight wheezing due to the hotel clearly having been smoked in - this was not just one or two times, the hotel really stunk of longtime smoking in the room, this was then consistent when we walked to breakfast and could smell smoke all through the corridors. We couldn't stay there as I was taking steroids at the time due to an asthma exace...

The hotel was absolutely spotless smelt so fresh and clean.
Room was also clean and they made up the room daily
Location is excellent for the sights of the old town area not far from topkapi palace blue mosque hagia sofia etc
Breakfast was nice very authentic
We would definitely recommend...

I chose this hotel as part of a free 2-night stay through Turkish Airlines. Since this was my first time in Istanbul, I wanted to be near the major sights, and this hotel was the most convenient option for that. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern are all walkable from the hotel (though it's hilly and the streets are cobblestone!)
