We had an excellent experience at the hotel. It is a classy and well-managed place where both the kitchen and reception staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive. Every question we had was answered thoughtfully and professionally.

Unacceptable Behavior from Reception

Stayed on 22.11.2025. The room was in a dark, basement-like area at the back of the hotel with loud fan noise. When I asked the front desk for a room change, the staff rudely threw my key and said my reservation was cancelled. Extremely unprofessional behaviortotally ruined our stay....

Central Comfortable Hotel

Central Hotel for touring the sites from East to West but hard to sleep at night with the constant noise. Otherwise no problem with his hotel....
