Unacceptable Behavior from Reception

Stayed on 22.11.2025. The room was in a dark, basement-like area at the back of the hotel with loud fan noise. When I asked the front desk for a room change, the staff rudely threw my key and said my reservation was cancelled. Extremely unprofessional behaviortotally ruined our stay....

Central Comfortable Hotel

Central Hotel for touring the sites from East to West but hard to sleep at night with the constant noise. Otherwise no problem with his hotel....

Very safe hotel and comfy rooms. We had a high floor room because we just wanted enjoy to view and so it happened. I recommend to everyone!!...

Superior in Every way

We loved this hotel! Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The hotel is squeaky clean and amazingly quiet. It is located in an upper middle class residential neighborhood with lots of.cafes nearby. We thought it was a fantastic bargain. Next time were in Istanbul, we wouldnt think of staying anywhere else....
