Great Strategical Location to Hagia Sophia Mosque, but preferably for backpackers

The strategical location is great (near Hagia Sophia Mosque by walk in 5-10 mins). The bathroom is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff was friendly manner
However, it's not suitable for bringing heavy travel baggage (preferred for backpacking) as there's no elevator and the stairs is not spacious. The bed was not soft (likely a board)...

I stayed 1 night before cruising in this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful. He even carried my luggage to the room which I did not expect. The room was clean and the bed was spacious. There is a hair dryer, kettle in the room, and mini fridge in the room and they supply bottled water for free. In the bathroom toiletries are available. Amazing hotel really enjoyed our stay , rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again , the breakfast was good and set us up for the day , any questions we had the staff were happy to help ,we received a lovely welcome when we arrived...

Friendly and helpful staff. My room is clean. Good location as it is walkable to tourist sites such as the blue mosque, a supermarket and a range of restaurants. I had a trouble free trip and enjoyed my adventure in Istanbul. I felt happy with the hotel I tipped the staff before I went home....

Great hotel, perfect location for all the main attractions. The rooms are slightly dated, but spotlessly clean and the maid comes in daily. The highlight of the hotel is their staff, they are all so friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is on the top floor, no lift available if you have mobility issues.
