This is not a 4 star hotel. It is worth 2-3 stars at best. The rooms are old and furniture is outdated. There is noise coming from everywhere, the tram, the mosque.. One night we were woken up by a really loud noise coming from the generator because the power was off. I do not understand why this hotel has so many good reviews. Also the rooms are not clean enough in my opinion. Avoid this hotel!...

It was very clean hotel the room was very good size, the bad was very comfortable, pillow was very soft. I love the location you can walk to any side seeing. You can even get public transport. It was very safety location. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was open buffet with full off option. I live the hotel and I will stay again. I can recommend everyone....

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from Hagia Sophia, making it an ideal choice for exploring the historic center of Istanbul. We stayed for 5 nights, and our experience was outstanding. The hotel was spotless, and the receptionist, Selim, stood out for his kindness and willingness to assist us with anything we needed. Was staying there for 5 nights and 4 nights without a well operated TV despite numerous complaints. Front desk staffs is very dishonest and keep trying to sell us the Mercedes Vito luxury van city to airport transfer. Told lies that a regular won't agreed on our luggages which wasn't true as we took a regular taxi from the street to airport. Not recommended this hotel at all .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
