The worst hotel ever!

The pillows and sheets are used and dirty. The towels dirty too.The douse glass is broken..The most unpleasant experience...The staff is rude and other traveller's of the group had the same problems..We were obligated to search another hotel in midnight as we arrived then....

Its a property from the 70s and still retains the look and feel. Will start with the good, the hotel is located in the old town and is close to almost every point of interest. Very close to the metro and tram lines, commute around the city is a breeze from this place. Lot of options for food as well around, so you wont be starving at any time. I'm going to divide this review into 10 parts.. Comfort, Service, Cleanliness, Value for Money, Location, Breakfast, Bed, Necessary Facilities, Additional Facilities & Communication to Staff. (Half a point for each)

We just came back from our trip to Istanbul. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First of all our room when we checked in was not ready. The system of ventilation was not effective, the room was smelling all the time. The breakfast buffet is nothing great about. Only the soup they offer is good.
