Pleasant Stay at the CVK B

It was a very enjoyable stay at the CVK Bosphorous.
Staff was extremely courteous, rooms were comfortable, breakfast spread was good but should have more changes day to day.
Marium in the concierge desk was very helpful with her suggestions and directions and spoke good english which was comforting.
All in all an enjoyable stay....

I write this email not only with frustration but also with an earnest plea for justice and immediate action regarding the shocking ordeal I faced at CVK Bosphorus Hotel.

Exceptional stay at your hotel! Quality service 5 stars! Since my last stay in 2021 nothing has changed if its not even better. The food, bed, pillows.. 5 stars!

I visited this hotel last week and i have to be honest , one of the Best hotels i ever stayed at . The Best thing about the hotel is for sure the view you get to See from the Stella resaurant , overlooking the boshporus . The Rooms , the breakfast , the spa and pool where spactaculiar !!! I also want to thank the Staff for exceptional service , in particular Mustafa Ersoy from the Stella restaurant and Kemal Saritas ...

We was in couple to enjoy a cocktail. Mustafá Ersoy help us in all and he was very gentle. Te cocktail was increíble and taste marvellous. If you come in Estambul Stella is a must to drink a perfecto cocktail, thanks to a very profesional staff. Thanks again Mustafá for the relax moment you offer to us....
