The hotel deco is dated but it's a fantastic location to see everything right on the door step .
Towels changed daily rooms spotless clean bit dark but good sleep bed comfy and pillows .
Breakfast hot /cold guys couldn't do enough for me .
Had trouble with safe as soon as I arrived was sorted straight away .
I would deffo stay here again .also guys on reception very helpfully not forgetting the view frm restaurant br...

Not so DELUXE experience if you forget something on weekends ( and a RUDE RECEPTIONIST)

During my stay for a business trip last week, i forgot an item. I went to collect it the day after my check out, the receptionist told me that it was found, but the "lost&found" locker was locked and the keys were with the manager who wasn't working that day! I tried to explain nicely to the receptionist that my flight was taking off in two hours and he started lecturing me, in a very rude way, about how i should've ...

Friendly staff, really nice roof top restaurant for dinner with lovely views. Very clean hotel and rooms clean.
As a British person i would say my review is subjective but here goes
Dinner was lovely but the hotel doesnt serve alcohol and a glass of wine would have been enhanced the experience and made for a romantic meal.
The breakfast again same restaurant was very clean but the breakfast offer could be adapt...

Musa and the Hotel

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The overall experience was outstanding from the comfortable rooms to the great service. A special thanks to Musa, whose guidance and assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. He was always available with helpful advice and a warm attitude. Truly grateful for his support. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Hotel is a nice boutique hotel decorated in an Ottoman style. Great location with spectacular views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
Friendly staff. Be aware no bar and the breakfast although nice is limited. Would not put us off staying again....
