Lovely decor but lacks storage for clothing

The hotel is close to the old quarter. The décor is lovely and the lift works well.
The room was a bit small with a tiny wardrobe and 3 coat hangers. There was no room to store clothing as the drawers were tiny so clothing had to be kept in the suitcase.
Good restaurant on the top floor with views over the mosques....

We add: The location is ideal for exploring Istanbul by foot or tram; the tram stop is a short walk way as are major attractions in Sultanahmet. The location/rooms are quiet, and views are spectacular. Breakfast/staff were great. The price point is competitive. The hotel deco is dated but it's a fantastic location to see everything right on the door step .
Towels changed daily rooms spotless clean bit dark but good sleep bed comfy and pillows .
Breakfast hot /cold guys couldn't do enough for me .
Had trouble with safe as soon as I arrived was sorted straight away .
I would deffo stay here again .also guys on reception very helpfully not forgetting the view frm restaurant br...

Not so DELUXE experience if you forget something on weekends ( and a RUDE RECEPTIONIST)

During my stay for a business trip last week, i forgot an item. I went to collect it the day after my check out, the receptionist told me that it was found, but the "lost&found" locker was locked and the keys were with the manager who wasn't working that day! I tried to explain nicely to the receptionist that my flight was taking off in two hours and he started lecturing me, in a very rude way, about how i should've ...

Friendly staff, really nice roof top restaurant for dinner with lovely views. Very clean hotel and rooms clean.
As a British person i would say my review is subjective but here goes
Dinner was lovely but the hotel doesnt serve alcohol and a glass of wine would have been enhanced the experience and made for a romantic meal.
The breakfast again same restaurant was very clean but the breakfast offer could be adapt...
