My friend and I arrived to your hotel yesterday evening. We also left our car in valet. I've stayed at your hotel many times before and have even recommended your hotel to family and friends. However the following day we went to the front desk to retrieve our car, mind you we lost the valet card, we had pictures of our vehicle and license plates. First Class service at Divan Istanbul City Hotel

My stay was from 20-24 of September, room #502. I would like to appreciate for the First Class service following Divan City hoteliers:
From the Front Office: Berkay, Alp, Esra, Gizem (was extremely helpful indeed), Eren, Nilufer hanım, Erdem (trainee).
From the restaurant: Emrecan (always caring), wonderful ladies Seval, Emine, Ebru and others, manager Fatih bey - all were so much friendly over the breakfast.

The location is pretty central and has easy access to a main metro station and a very big shopping centre.
The hotel has a nice and friendly bar(with a resident cat). It has a nice sun terrace.
The breakfast buffet is very good with a large selection of hot and cold foods.
We also ate at the restaurant in the evening a few times.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and keen to please.

Never come, if you do not wanna to lose your life! I was awakened by the sound of someone violently opening the door on June 27th 2024 .I saw from the peephole that someone in black t-shirt, middle-length hair, intended to broke into my room at around 1120-1130 at night violently on this Thurday night. The service here is stellar. I am currently staying here with a friend after their surgery and the staff have been so kind, helpful and thoughtful. The room is clean, the tea is lovely- everything is just right....
