Not recommended at all
Bad hospitality
Small Low privacy rooms
Terrible mattresses and pillows
Breakfast is poor mostly sweets
Bad room service you have to ask for water and coffee although its free
The fridge is full of very expensive bar stuff they won't empty it to you until you pay 15 euros...

This is our third time in this hotel , it is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed a good staff i can not pass without marking that haki oğuzin housekeeping department its the best one we met its very very kind and extremely nice and doing his job well i think he deserve the best employee there ....

Great ambience and culinary offerings

I have been visiting the restaurant of this hotel for business meetings. Fantastic ambience and gastronomic options. The lentil soup and the power salad (avocado etc.) are very delicious. High quality-service. The only downside is that some staff members have trouble communicating in English. Overall, a lovely setting -- highly recommended....

What a great experience. Booked at the recommendation of family who came a few years ago for a wedding. Wonderful and friendly staff. Merve was super nice and accommodating, Baturan was very helpful with bags and Berk helped with transport....
