I had a short but very pleasant stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and elegant, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax.

The breakfast was good. However, the reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming at all especially with Arab guests. I stayed 12 nights in the hotel and they never said good morning or smile. Whereas with non Arabic guests they were totally different. I know Turkish people are not welcoming but in an hotel where I am supposed to be welcomed, they should be different. Expect rude front reception if you have a problem with your room

If you are expecting respect and a quick solution from front reception staff when you have a problem with your room, this is definitely the wrong hotel for you. But if you expect a warm welcome when you arrive, proximity to shops and restaurants and an average breakfast, this is the right place. Very nice hotel lovely staff especially Mehmat was so friendly & helpful advised on places to go & how to get there.
Left us a cake & fruit when we came back in the evening for my husbands birthday so nice of them.
Spa facilities sauna steam swim jacuzzi gym all great at no extra cost .
Breakfast was nice
Dinner was lovely
Water bottles provided
Rooms nice & clean

Very comfortable and modern hotel, located outside the main tourist area. Lots of little unexpected comforts. The sauna /spa area is great . (Except for one day when I asked for a second (small) towel for my hair and the guy said no ️) Everything is clean and properly tweaked daily . Staff attentive and kind. Fully recommend 🫶thanks for the great week!...
