Not a 5 star hotel, this hotel would be a 3 or 4 stars if it was in any other country!!

Negative points:
1-Building of this hotel is very old and rooms are old even though they are renovated.
2-I saw cockroaches twice in the hotel room,IN A 5 STAR HOTEL ROOM!!
3-The shower head holder was weak meaning when you put the shower head into the holder,it keeps moving.
4-The water of the swimming pool was so cold it made the swimming almost impossible.
5-Jacuzzi very dirty and it smells.

We stayed for a week. The room was nice and fairly clean. Maintenance could be more up to date. Lobby flowers were dead for the whole time, they couldve been easy to remove and not leave there to smell the rotten vases. Food was avarage, breakfast was not our liking. More of a 4 star hotel than a 5. We stayed with a child but never got 3rd set of towels or water. Reception staff were nice....

The room was very clean and there is everything you could possibly need, the service amazing and the receptionist at the hotel very kind and helpful, all the employees were very friendly all the time and even assist us at many things regarding the city, the food ( breakfast ) is the best food I have tried until now, many dishes ( variety) all delicious and fresh, amazing breakfast to start your day with.

The Most Ridiculous Hotel Policy Ive Ever Experienced Completely Guest-Unfriendly!

I honestly couldnt believe my eyes when I received the hotels confirmation message. They actually forbid guests from bringing any food or drinks from outside into their own hotel room. Ive travelled across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and I have never encountered such a ridiculous and controlling policy.

Our stay at Dosso Dossi Hotels & Spa Downtown was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was warm and welcoming. Fortunately, my wife speaks Turkish fluently, so check-in was smooth and we had no misunderstandings.
The hotel requires a $100 deposit at check-in we werent aware of this beforehand, but we believe that was an issue with the booking agency, not the hotel itself.
