I really liked your hotel. I would like to thank the friends who served us. Mr. Ferhat at the reception took very good care of us and upgraded our room to a nice room. Thanks to everyone.I didn't like the pool and Turkish bath at the hotel either. Thank you for the refreshments....

It was absolutely perfect.

There were no problems during our stay. Mr. Ferhat gave us a nice room and we were very comfortable. Everything was fine and we had a good time. Taksim Istiklal Street was only 5 minutes away. Thank you to everyone who helped us. See you next time we come to Türkiye....

Good Hotel

I was attending a medical conference in Istanbul , with my friends and colleagues.
The location was strategic, room service, house keeping,reception team all were polite and responsive.
Food in breakfast was good
It was near to Taqsim square
I think it was good vacation in a good hotel....

Excellent venue and professional staff. I want to especially mention the gentleman at the reception, Silvan. Very polite and understanding young man. Five stars for the hotel and six for him. Definitely will come back next time coming to Istanbul....

It has comfortable and tidy rooms. I was very pleased with the cleaning service, it was great. There are many selection in the breakfast, all fresh and delicious, there are also vegetarian options.
