Clean hotel and good hospitality

Location is so central next to everything. Room was wonderful with nice view and big. Cleaning service was excellent.There is a kettle available in the room. Room size is big enough for couple. Breakfast was very tasty and had KAYMAK i enjoyed it. Hotel lobby is big and beautiful. There is a good air condition in the all room. Super wifi. All staff are excellent. I like this hotel. I will come again....

HOTEL TURNS OFF AIR CONDITIONER IN NOVEMBER - HOT ROOM IN NOVEMBER

Please watch out there is no AC in this hotel. We came in in November and our room was hot. We called the receptionist letting them know of the situation and they said they have a central AC that is turned off this time of the year and if we want room to be cooler we should open the window Bummer there is only one window that does not open fully. No matter how much to turn the control to the coolest its just blowin...

I do not recommend staying at Elite Hotel Taksim due to the extremely poor service and disappointing experience we had. The service and overall quality were far below the standards you would expect from a hotel of this level. The situation became so uncomfortable that we were forced to cancel our reservation and move to another hotel, which was approved by their management.

The Elite World Taksim Hotel was the perfect choice for our stay in Istanbul. Neat, clean, ideally located, excellent staff! We had an excellent experience from the time we checked in to the time we left.
Check in was efficient, rooms spacious, complimentary services included Wi-Fi, gym, indoor swimming pool,steam, sauna and the use of the hammam. Of course if we wanted a Turkish bath with the scrub etc, it was avai...

I dont recommend at all and doesnt deserve 5 stars
This is my first day and it was so terrible
They give a room that isnt clean ( hair in bathroom and pins on the floor )...
