Short break to Istanbul. Hotel Eresin was excellent. Comfortable room, good breakfast, atmospheric and historic hotel architecture. Remnants of Roman structure and mosaics found during build. Walking distance of all main tourist sights, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cisterns (plus two others) Topkapi Palace museum. I had a wonderful stay at the Eresin Hotel in Istanbul and truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and incredibly professional.

We spent 3 nights here and found the services welcome and breakfasts very good.
We were particularly well looked after by Mr. Bullet, at reception, he gave us lots of useful information, he was always there with a friendly hello when we returned to the hotel.
Breakfast was varied, lots of fresh fruit and choice if foods. My Gluten free bread request was also accommodated.

Dont let the name boutique put you off.
The hotel is a traditional hotel with the most professional and attentive staff.
We could not have asked for better treatment and all of the facilities were good.
The location is perfect for the main sites in old Istanbul and the concierge was able to make arrangements for us for transport, visits and restaurant bookings.

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well located. The lobby is elegant.
The hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Everything appears old. The bathtub in our room was flexing at the base when in the tub. The tub itself had some kind of buttons in the base, probably for the jacuzzi. They were loose and had come out of their sockets in the tub. The shower itself was impossible to direct the flow ...
