We stayed at this hotel from Monday - Friday , there was 7 of us staying here, we asked Tui for all rooms to be. On the same floor , but we wasnt one was on the fourth floor and other were on two and three floors , we got some moved as they were not suitable for them , we had room 220 which was good and a good view of the blue mosque from the bed room 121 didnt have hot water the whole time we was there, the other...

Me and My family stayed there for almost a week. The location was very close to all tourist places specifically blue mosque grand bazaar etc. Rooms were neat and clean with all necessary facilities including Air condition and heating system. Hostel not hotel

Exec Room didnt have a working shower. Public areas of hotel really grubby. Reception stank of cigarette smoke. Staff quite grumpy or said the right things when concerns raised but did nothing. Resembles a poor hostel. Breakfast basic but ok....

Get what you pay for

I was apprehensive having read some of the reviews from this year but they didn't, in the main, meet with my actual experience. The hotel would benefit from a new external sign as the taxi driver guided me to the coffee shop from which you can access the hotel even though the entrance is a door next to it. Check in was easy, including a handshake as a welcome. That's a new one for me and a pleasant surprise.

Room 114 was DISGUSTING

Although this hotel is centrally located the rooms we were allocated were disgusting & dirty and nothing like advertised in the photos
I have never stayed anywhere as dirty When we complained we were told no other room available and got shoulder shrugs from reception who didnt seem to care
I was given room 114 please see attached photos
Istanbul is a beautiful city worth visiting just stay at another hotel...
