The overriding pluses for this hotel is the amazing location and the excellent professional and friendly staff. We spent three nights at this hotel during a weekend break to a very beautiful but wet, windy and misty, Istanbul. We stayed at this hotel from Monday - Friday , there was 7 of us staying here, we asked Tui for all rooms to be. On the same floor , but we wasnt one was on the fourth floor and other were on two and three floors , we got some moved as they were not suitable for them , we had room 220 which was good and a good view of the blue mosque from the bed room 121 didnt have hot water the whole time we was there, the other...

Me and My family stayed there for almost a week. The location was very close to all tourist places specifically blue mosque grand bazaar etc. Rooms were neat and clean with all necessary facilities including Air condition and heating system. Hostel not hotel

Exec Room didnt have a working shower. Public areas of hotel really grubby. Reception stank of cigarette smoke. Staff quite grumpy or said the right things when concerns raised but did nothing. Resembles a poor hostel. Breakfast basic but ok....
