Staff unaccommodating and discriminatory. Felt awful and awkward. Made to feel unwelcomed. Micro aggressions and unconscious bias. Not rushing to return....

Nice Hotel to explore Istanbul
Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Aksaray Tram Station, you can take the T1 to all the historical sites like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower and the Ferry terminal at Eminonu. The Grand Bazaar is only 15 minutes walk and there are lots of food options. The Old City Kebap shop across the road serves some really nice Kebab rolls, very tasty, so try and hav...

Location and staff make for an enjoyable city break.

The location and staff were excellent. Very close to metro line direct to the historic sites. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was varied, with fresh food. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially Hillal on reception.
I always enjoy my city breaks here. Quiet and restful.

We had a pleasant stay to Holiday Inn Old City for 7 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to tram, 15 minutes walk to Vezneciler metro station. It's very easy to walk to Suleymanyie Mosque, Grand Bazar, Eminonu district and Galata Bridge. Although the hotel is a center located one, there is a quiet zone and we enjoyed good sleep.
