We stayed here for 7 nights, the room is small by American standards, but it is a European size. At least you can easily walk. A week before, I wrote to the hotel via WhatsApp and asked for a room with two beds, because I was staying with my sister. The front desk responded amazingly. I had an awful experience at this hotel. The place was filthy, with dirty rooms and poorly maintained facilities. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and, to make matters worse, they refused to honor reservations made through Booking.com and demanded extra payment upon arrival, which was completely unacceptable.

cleanless , stuff very rude, breakfast not good quality, towels very old and riped and they don't accept to change it every day, internet very bad,
it's the worst hotel in istanbul i don't recommend it at all
The best thing of this hotel is the location rate 1 of 10 and it's only for the location...

The WORSE hotel in Instabul . A month beforehand I booked a room for 3 adults. As i will be arriving in turkey from London at 6am Turkey time, They said to me if I want to sleep in the hotel before my check in time then I need to pay 65 euros extra. We initially booked the hotel based on the promise of free cancellation on the Agoda application, but upon seeing the rooms, we decided to leave.
