Spoilt by lack of air conditioning

My wife and I were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel told us they switch off the air conditioning cooling to the bedrooms in winter. Our room was around 25 degrees the whole time in December and uncomfortably warm - if you turn the air on it just heats the bedrooms further! For a high end hotel with a pretty high price point its very poor to not allow guests to cool a room if they like. We called front de...

Hotel wonderful and well place

Faboulous stay in this hotel for 3 nights. Very Nice bedroom excep the vue, two fantastic persons who take care at the customers, Seda whis is a beautiful person and Ahmet too. We've loved to stay in this hotel because it's very calm and cosy and very good place to be near all the touristic place. You can go by walk. We loved our stay and go back again....

I had a wonderful stay in Istanbul at the Levni Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Seda ️, who was absolutely lovelyalways smiling, kind, and attentive. The entire hotel team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.
The hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, well-located, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. You truly feel at ease there.

A memorable romantic hotel in a fantastic location in a romantic and historic city. This hotel is centrally located. The staff is exquisite, and above all, we were assisted by Mert, who welcomed us like a true host, a master of hospitality, courtesy, and generosity. Thank you....

AC not working

The AC in our room was blasting hot air only, and the control system was not working. Called the reception and talked to clerk multiple times, told it would be sorted but was not until day 3. Had terrible sleep over those days.
Everything else was okay, breakfast as expected. Would have been a good stay if not for disappointing staff....
