Christmas in Istanbul

We were traveling with our sons and grandchildren, 9 total, over the Christmas holidays. This hotel was a great fit and location for us. Its location makes an easy walk to all the Sultanahmet destinations, to the tram and also the Eminonu ferry terminal. Jihan was extremely helpful arranging transportation and answering questions. Would highly recommend!...

Horrendous experience.

The worst hotel & the worst staff ever. They cancelled my booking of 4 days without telling me & then had the audacity to still charge me for the night. Dont book this hotel. They dont care about the people or customer service, they will rob you blind. Be mindful before booking....

Amazing Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location for the blue mosque, hagia Sofia mosque and the grand bazar is a 15 minute walk.
The street is buzzing at night with restaurants, bars and shisha galore :-)
The staff are amazing and very helpful.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the mattress is firm very very nice hotel.
If you dont like noise until 2/3am ask for the room facing away from the front of the hotel.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. You're literally walking distance from the three major attractions in Istanbul: Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. And if you are up for a 15-20 minute walk, you can actually get to the Grand Bazaar. The trams are right there as well in case you want to catch transit as well. The staff of this hotel was amazing. FRIENDLY HOTEL

It was a very nice friendly hotel. Arif was very lovely and hospitable in the morning breakfast. Maryem from the cleaning team was amazing, it was a very cloean hotel!. Arda and Mohammed at reception were very helpful in telling us about all the popular places to visit. I would definietly stay again....
