Terrible Service and Unprofessional Management Avoid This Hotel

This was one of the worst hospitality experiences Ive ever had. The hotel management is completely unprofessional, and communication is a major issue as they struggle with English. Housekeeping falsely claims to replace linens and towels, but they actually dont.

Great location but not what you pay for !

I got scammed , I booked full sea view rooms early on with extra cost and only got partial sea view rooms !! Mind you the sea is not even showing in those rooms and all I got from the property is we can do nothing and go contact booking.com !!!

Location very good close to local transport links and cruise terminal, staff excellent, kind and professional, the hotel is very clean, restaurants and shops very close by and some sites are easy to get to from the hotel on foot with cruise terminal within 10 minutes easy walking...

Amazing hotel at great location. Public transport is not an issue. Good breakfast with beautiful bosphorus view & staff was so helpful with everything. Rooms & hotel is so clean. Will definitely stay here in future as well. Highly recommended....
