I recently stayed at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Istanbul with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. Its also within walking distance to many key attractions and ferry ports, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

This was one of the worst hospitality experiences Ive ever had. The hotel management is completely unprofessional, and communication is a major issue as they struggle with English. Housekeeping falsely claims to replace linens and towels, but they actually dont.
