Perfect location, view, clean rooms, kind receptionistst. The hotel is on a quiet street and is close to stops and the main attractions in this area. We needed to change the dates of our stay in last moment and we didn't have any problems with this....

Must Stay at Muyan Suites

This was our first trip to Istanbul in February 2025. We stayed at Muyan Suites. We were welcomed by Mr. Yahya who was very welcoming and friendly. Mr. Yahya updated us with all the information we needed for our stay and also gave us information in regards to the where to go and how to get there.
The room was clean and good size. The bathroom and the shower facilities were clean and good. The heating system was good...

Disgusting PLEASE DO NOT BOOK
We were placed in the basement room which had rising damp over all the walls, the flooring was lifting which created a trip hazard, the toilet smelt of drains and the staff kitchen is next door which is used all night.
Needless the say, one night was more than enough.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired
If I could give this a minus review I would!!!

PROs:
- Complimentary breakfast has a nice view.
- The location is excellent for tourists. Its walking distance from the Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazzar, T1 public transportation stop.
- Our room was spacious for two people. One bed, one couch, one desk, two night stands, and three chairs.
- The staff are friendly and helpful.

Please do not book the basement apartment. We raised issues with the management about the levels of raising damp clearing visible on the walls. The apartment is also situated between the staff toilet and kitchens which are in almost constant use throughout the night. As our daughters pullout bed was situated against a wall with rising damp we all had to sleeping in the double bed resulting in only a few hours slee...
